Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was upgraded to a fantastic suite with massive beds, a big safety box, a well-equipped bathroom, and an impressive shower. The lack of storage didn't bother me at all because everything else was so impressive. The location was key, just a ten-minute walk to the Duomo, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The dining was super tasty, though service was a bit slow at times. Overall, a warm and memorable experience with a few minor setbacks.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, located about 1.5km from the center. The complimentary bottled water and delicious welcome cookie were nice touches. The bathroom amenities were good, and the plush bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury. The room, although a bit over the top with its cute decor, was cozy albeit a little small for two guests.
The hotel didn't quite live up to the high expectations I had based on the pictures, especially for the expensive price. The noisy location on the ground floor by the street detracted from the overall experience, and the lack of windows and shower was disappointing.
The hotel provides a perfect environment for a few hours of relaxation, with comfortable rooms but limited storage space. The service is exceptional and accommodating, with various amenities available. The location is ideal and convenient for exploring different districts, although some walking may be required. The dining experience offers quality produce, but may not meet expectations for a 5-star standard. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay with good value for money.
The hotel exceeded our expectations with cozy and very clean rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. However, the historical buildings were not within walking distance and the taxi strike made the location a bit far on foot. The dining experience was really good with a great variety and fresh local products.
The hotel had well-decorated and comfortable rooms; however, they faced the road, resulting in frequent truck noise. Despite being clean, tidy, and featuring air conditioning with a very comfy bed, the room was small and loud due to street and tram sounds.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were meticulously decorated with every little detail taken care of, making them not only beautiful but also comfortable. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Martina, Guiseppe, and Claudia who were so welcoming and helpful. The location, although a bit tricky to find due to ongoing building works, was convenient, just a short walk from the tube station. The dining experience was top-notch with delicious offerings that exceeded my expectations. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and tidy with a freestanding bathtub, but the lack of privacy due to the bathtub setup was a drawback. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was very comfortable, which was a big plus. However, the noise insulation could have been better, and the room would benefit from improved windows. The overall price paid was justified by the quality of the room.
